Basic technical requirements for dryer roller and dryer roller shaft

1. The limit deviation that is not marked with tolerances meets the requirements of GB/T1804-2000, in which the metal cutting machining size is m-level and the non-metallic cutting machining size is v-grade.

2. The surface of all welds shall be smooth and free from defects such as cracks, air holes, slag inclusions and incomplete penetration.

3, dryer support roller, dryer support roller shaft, dryer roller bearing selection must take into account the maximum load of each component, the actual choice when multiplied by the safety factor.

4. The roller surface shall be equipped with graphite roller sliding and cleaning devices.

5, the mechanical properties of the material should not be lower than the ZG310-570 specified in GB/T11352-2009.

6. The dryer roller and the roller shaft must undergo normalizing and tempering heat treatment to increase the hardness and improve the wear resistance and prolong the service life.

7, due to the processing of casting defects after the initial processing of the supporting wheel. When the cutting width of the defect does not exceed 10% of the working width, the cutting depth does not exceed 20% of the wall thickness, and the sum of the cutting areas does not exceed 2% of the total area of the surfaces, the welding repair is allowed. Before welding, it should be preheated and heat treated after welding.

8. After processing, the rim and hub thickness should be uniform, and the allowable difference should not exceed 5% of the design size.

9. The dryer supporting roller manufacturer shall require defects such as air holes, sand holes and cracks on the working surface after finishing. The remaining parts shall not have more than 10 casting defects whose diameter or depth exceeds 5 mm.

10. The hardness of the working surface of the dryer roller should not be lower than 170-190HBW. The hardness of the weld repair site should be lower than the hardness of the base metal, and the difference between the center portion and the base metal hardness should not be greater than 10%.

11. The radial run-out tolerance of the outer circle meets the requirements of Class 9 in GB/T1184-1996.

12, the mechanical properties of the material should not be lower than the 45 steel specified in GB/T699-1999

13, the dryer roller shaft should be quenched and tempered, its hardness is 220HBW-260HBW.

14. The mechanical properties of the dryer roller bearing housing materials should not be lower than the HT200 specified in GB/T9439-2010.

15, bearing seats should use a separate structure.

16, it is best to have a cooling channel, but there should be no water seepage phenomenon.

17. The actual center line of the cross is engraved on the base of the supporting wheel device. The limit deviation between the actual center line and the centerline of the design position should not exceed 2mm.

18. After turning the wheel by hand after assembly, it shall be flexible and free from abnormal phenomenon.
