Among them, large module ring gears are made of high-strength alloy materials, and through precision forging and CNC processing technology, the load-bearing capacity reaches thousands of tons, which is suitable for heavy-duty scenarios such as mining machinery and heavy machine tools; spur gears have high transmission efficiency and simple structure, and are widely used in conveying equipment; helical gears are designed with spiral tooth surfaces to reduce transmission noise and impact, improve stability, and are suitable for wind power and rail transportation fields; herringbone gears are combined with a two-way spiral structure to eliminate axial force and have stronger load-bearing capacity. They are mostly used in high-precision equipment such as metallurgical rolling mills; rack products can realize the conversion between linear motion and rotational motion, and are used in automated production lines and intelligent warehousing systems with gear sets.

The large module gear shaft is treated with special processes, with high tooth surface hardness and strong wear resistance. It can operate stably under heavy load and high torque conditions, and is widely used in mining machinery, ship power and other fields.
