This is our CNC gantry milling and boring machine. The length of this machine is 6000mm, the width is 3200mm, the height is 1100mm, the length of another machine is 4000mm, width is 3200mm, height is 1200mm. They mainly produce the large gear, mining machinery parts, gearbox shell,bearing chock ,welding parts, large flange and so on.We also have 4^th axis for these two machine to processing some complex machinery parts. Now this equipment are milling the XXX product, we can see the detail. These two machine are all adopt Siemens CNC controller, which have the stable processing ability and high precision. The precision can be reached to 0.01mm.

 

 

The floor type boring machine is the almighty machine, it not only boring but also drilling and milling.The worktable size is not limited, so it can be processed ultra long and ultra wide parts, at the same time, also equipped with rotary table, can not only do rotary indexing, also can do radial straight movement, to complete the multi processing,it can greatly improve the scope of the process. This machine is mainly product the large and super large various parts.such as gearbox shell,large gear, curved parts and so on.It can be also used for milling and boring of two end faces of super long workpiece. 

 

 

These are our CNC vertical machine center, their X axis trip is 800mm, Y and Z axis trip is 500mm.They are mainly produce the high precision gear,gear rack, sprocket, mould and so on. Dimensions less than 800x500x500mm can be machined by these machine. These machines also can be assembled with 4^th axis. The rotation Angle can process multiple surfaces at the same time, to improve the machining accuracy of the workpiece, simplify the process, improve production efficiency and shorten the production cycle.

 

 

This is our CNC horizontal lathe, the rotary diameter is 1250mm,and the length is 6000mm. It suitable to process the large shaft, roller, wheel, steel sleeve and so on.

This is the fourth axis , it can equipped with CNC gantry milling and boring machine ,CNC machining center, CNC horizontal lathe. CNC floor-type boring machine is equipped with the fourth axis and rotary worktable, it can realize five axis machining. The workpiece is not limited by the size.It is suitable for machining large module and large size gear, boxes, and large non-standard parts.

 

 

The rotary diameter of our CNC vertical machine is 5000,and the height is 3200mm. Vertical machine mainly process the large radial dimension and relatively small axial size  workpiece, such as:various flange, wheel,disc,bush and so on

 

 

We two sets CNC lathe, their maximum rotary diameter is 500mm, the length is 1000mm.This machine mainly produce high precision transmission shaft, drill pipe, and other spare parts that within this processing range.

 

That is our radial drilling machine, drilling diameter is in 80mm
