Forging and Casting Processes

Our core equipment includes a complete set of heavy-duty 10,000-ton forging presses, forming a closed-loop forging production line from ingot blanking and high-temperature forging to tempering and heat treatment. Leveraging the advantages of high-pressure forging, we can achieve integrated forging of large forgings weighing hundreds of tons, effectively refining the internal structure of the metal and significantly improving the fatigue and impact resistance of the products. We cover the customized processing of all categories of heavy-duty forgings, including large gear shafts, slewing bearings, hydraulic cylinders, and engineering machinery forgings.

Our plant is equipped with a large-scale heavy-duty casting workshop, featuring a high-power medium-frequency melting system, automated sand processing, and intelligent pouring equipment, supporting mass production of complex castings of multiple materials and large sizes. We can achieve one-time casting of single heavy-duty castings, employing multi-stage flaw detection to strictly control internal quality. We specialize in manufacturing heavy-duty machine bases, large valve bodies, transmission housings, and wear-resistant cast steel parts for mining, catering to both single-piece trial production and large-volume supply needs.
