Forging Test Understanding the material of the forging, the status after forging and check whether the forging has any default of lamination and surface cracks.

Shaping and HobbingFor the slewing bearings with inner and outer teeth, shaping and hobbing process before grinding in accordance with the technical requirements procession grade requirement.

Drilling Mark and test accurately in CNC drilling machine according to technical requirement as drawing, make sure no dimension deviation before drilling. Installing holes combined with soft band 180 degree alternates and holes errors not larger than 0.5mm.

Grinding After rough grinding, resin grinding granularity wheel 46 or 60 degree applied. The finish grinding volume less than rough grinding volume. Finish degree and dimension meet the technology requirement in drawing.

Assembling Clearance preparation, trail assembly be carried out after grinding to get preliminary clearance, finial grinding is processed to reach required clearance in drawing. Then starting torque test, fix raceway, clean again to generate appropriate starting torque. Then component test, and final packing.
