The bearing pedestal comprises a bearing pedestal body. The top end face of the bearing pedestal body is an arc surface which is provided with a water cooling groove; a stainless steel cover plate is arranged at an outer side of the water cooling groove through seal welding; the bottom of the bearing pedestal body is provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole respectively communicating with the parts of the water cooling groove at two sides of the arc surface; the verticality of a front plane, a back plane and a bottom plane of the bearing pedestal body is in a range of +/- 0.05 mm; the stainless steel cover plate is made from 0Cr18Ni stainless steel and the bearing pedestal body is made from Q235, Q345B or Q345D carbon steel.
