Material

Processing
Casting stage: Sand casting (a common process for large castings) is used to pour molten cast iron into the mold for molding, and then aging treatment (natural aging or artificial aging) is performed to eliminate casting internal stress and prevent subsequent processing deformation.
Machining: Critical surfaces and hole systems are processed through rough milling, fine milling, boring and other processes to ensure dimensional accuracy (such as flatness, verticality) and surface roughness, and meet the matching requirements of machine tool assembly and moving parts.
Subsequent treatment: Some surfaces need to be quenched by guide rails (such as medium frequency quenching) to improve wear resistance, and finally ensure compliance with machine tool precision standards through precision testing.
