The main components of the CNC gantry milling machine are based on high-precision castings, including key casting structures such as the gantry frame, bed, and worktable. Made of high-quality cast iron and aged to ensure overall rigidity and stability, it resists precision deviations caused by cutting vibrations. The transmission system consists of servo motors, ball screws, linear guides, and gearboxes, achieving high-precision feed and positioning of each axis, while precision transmission components ensure motion accuracy. The electrical system uses the CNC system as its control center, integrating a PLC, drivers, an operation panel, and various sensors, responsible for command interpretation and equipment operation status monitoring. The hydraulic system provides clamping and indexing power through hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and relief valves, maintaining stable hydraulic output. The cooling system is equipped with a cooling pump, radiator, and nozzles to remove heat from the cutting area in real time, preventing overheating and deformation of the workpiece and tool. The lubrication system uses an automatic oil supply device to continuously deliver lubricating oil to moving parts such as guides and lead screws, reducing wear and improving motion smoothness. The chip removal system quickly cleans up processing waste through chip conveyors and chip collection boxes, preventing chip accumulation from affecting the processing flow and accuracy. The various systems work together to form a complete CNC gantry milling operation system.
