Product Introduction High efficiency CNC vertical lathe is suitable for processing medium, small disc and cover parts with high strength cast iron base and column. It has good stability and anti-seismic performance, vertical structure, easy to clamp workpieces, small occupation area and oil-water separation structure. It makes cooling water clean, environment-friendly and durable separated cooling water tank, easy to clean, precise and high. The rigid cartridge spindle structure facilitates the maintenance of the full symmetrical and suspended design of the spindle sleeve, better eliminates the influence of thermal deformation on the processing accuracy of high-power AC spindle motor, enhances the stability of machine tool operation by imported high-grade grease lubrication of the spindle, fully enclosed, maintenance-free saddle and pillar guide rail using overweight. Loaded linear rolling guide rail has good dynamic response performance, high accuracy retention, high quality 6-position vertical electric tool holder, high rigidity, rapid tool change and reliable centralized machine tool operation panel, which makes operation more convenient and fast. X/Z axis adopts high precision ball screw and special bearing for lead screw, and the precision retention is good, the whole type is completely closed.
