1. Vertical direction: Adjust the position of the center of the cylinder in the vertical direction by changing the center distance of the two tug wheels. To increase the centerline distance of the tug wheel, the tug wheel must be moved 2mm apart for every 1mm of the center of the tugboat. The center distance of the tug wheel should be reduced to reduce the center distance of the tug wheel. Every 1mm rise in the center of the drum body requires the tug wheel to move inward by 2mm. If the center of the cylinder falls too much (such as a serious decline in the foundation, etc.), then two flat (or equal) flat steel pads should be placed under the two trolling bearing seats.
2. In the horizontal direction, the position of the longitudinal centerline of the support shaft is horizontally moved horizontally (that is, the horizontal distance between the two tugs is shifted horizontally in the same direction).
The above two methods can be used together to know that the longitudinal centerline of the kiln is straightened. In the adjustment should pay attention to: Regardless of the direction, if the offset is too large, it should be divided into several times in the adjustment, each adjustment should generally not exceed 2mm, so as to avoid tug surface scratches, top wire breakage, tug bearing overheating, The top of the bearing block is inclined and so on.
When a tugboat near the rotary kiln transmission device changes its position, it will affect the meshing clearance of the kiln gear and the smoothness of the kiln drive. Therefore, when the size gear of the kiln is meshed correctly, the tug position near the kiln must not be adjusted. It is also not possible to adjust the centerline of the tug.
