Daily maintenance and maintenance of CNC machine tools:
(1) Keep the working range clean, keep the machine around dry, and keep the work area lighting.
(2) Keep the machine clean. Lubricate the various sports pairs before starting the machine every day. After the machine is running for three minutes, adjust the machine according to the instructions. Also check if the handles of the machine parts are in the normal position.
(3) The rack on the guide must be kept clean.
(4) Care for the work surface and guide surface of the machine tool. Gross blanks, hand hammers, wrenches, trowels, etc. are not allowed to be placed directly on the work surface and the guide surface.
(5) Turn off the computer and turn off the power according to the computer shutdown procedure before leaving work. Wipe off the oil on the keyboard and display.
(6) The operator must turn off the computer, clean the machine, lubricate the various sports pairs, and clean the environmental sanitation of the workshop half an hour before leaving work every day. Wait until the squad leader checks before leaving the post.
