The overall assembly pattern of the double-blade roller crusher is divided into left and right types. When viewed from the end of the gear roller and the moving frame, the motor and the pulley wheel are located on the left side, and the left side is located, and the right side is located on the right side.
The double tooth roller crusher mainly consists of a pair of tooth rollers, two pairs of reduction gears, two tape wheels, a tooth roller moving frame and a frame and the like.
The tape wheel is mounted on the shaft sleeve of the transmission shaft. The shaft sleeve is fixed on the shaft by the hook head key. The tape wheel is connected with the shaft sleeve through the insurance pin and transmits the torque. When overloaded, the safety pin is immediately cut off and the tape wheel idles. The drive shaft is supported by two bearings with gears in between. The shaft of the driving gear is also supported by two sliding bearings. One end of the shaft of the driving gear meshes with the gear of the driving shaft, and the other end gear meshes with the gear on the driven tooth roller shaft. The driven gear is mounted on the moving frame. When the crusher enters a large piece of material, the driven gear can be moved backwards by moving the compression spring on the frame, expanding the gap between the roller and discharging large pieces of material.
The two-tooth roller crusher mainly drives the pair of intermediate gears through the triangle belt wheel through the electric motor, drives the driving gear to rotate, and then drives the driven gear with a pair of gears at the other end of the driving gear roller, thus forming the relative movement of the two-tooth roller. Crush the material.
The tooth roller movement frame is mainly composed of a seat frame, a bearing seat, a spring and a tension bolt.
The follower roller is mounted on the carriage. The toothed roller mainly relies on the compression spring to tighten the bearing by the tensioning bolt to adjust the pressure and clearance of the toothed roller. The maximum displacement of the tooth roller should be based on the principle of not disengaging the two gears.
Crusher tooth plate has 4 kinds of specifications. When selected, it can be selected according to the process requirements and the particle size of the broken material. Crush plates are generally detachable. They are bolted to the rollers, respectively.
