Traditional repair methods
After the fan shaft wears out, it is mainly used to fix the bearing with the adhesive.
Weld repair;
plating;
Spraying and spray welding and other methods.
These fan shaft wear repair process cycles are long, disassembly and handling laborious and expensive.
Polymer Material Repair
Mika Technology's polymer composites are two-component composites made of high-molecular polymers, metal or ceramic ultrafine powders, and a curing agent. After the repair agent is mixed and cured, mechanical wear, scratches, pits, cracks, foundry sand and the like of the metal and hard non-metal surfaces can be repaired. The combination of a macromolecular polymer and a metal surface via physical and chemical bonds exhibits high bonding strength, small shrinkage force, solidification at room temperature, and good corrosion resistance.
Repair steps:
1, mold processing: production of standard mold (bilateral or unilateral positioning).
2, surface treatment: to oil, grinding, cleaning, to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and strong.
3. Reconcile the material: Use 2211F materials from the barrel with different blending rods, reconcile proportionately, and stir until the two colors are blended into one color.
4, smear material: to ensure adhesion, filling and thickness.
5, install the mold: brushing 803 release agent, installed and fixed to ensure that excess material is being extruded.
6. Demoulding: After curing, disassemble the mold to clean the excess material. The material can not be knocked. It can be removed by polishing machine, trowel and other tools to meet the installation requirements.
