4. Improve the wear resistance of the hammer material. The material of the hammer head is usually made of high manganese steel, which is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials. However, when crushing hard materials, the hammer head must have good corrosion resistance and must also have high wear resistance.

5. Strengthen the use and maintenance management. First of all, when installing the hammer head, it is necessary to remove the sand and burrs of the hammer bolt hole and the notch, so that the joint is flat when connected. Secondly, when tightening the hammer bolt, hammer the elliptical head while tightening. Finally, check the bolt tightening condition in about half an hour after the operation. After tightening, weld the nut to the thread to prevent loosening.
