Secondly, the heat treatment process of the roller sleeve adopts the lifting of the roller sleeve repeatedly during quenching to ensure that the roller sleeve is always in the up and down motion state in the oil, thereby ensuring that each ball socket of the roller sleeve can be in contact with the oil. However, due to the different structure of the sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing, as well as the instability of human operation, there are still some small differences in the effect of quenching each sleeve.
Finally, after 24 hours of low temperature tempering after heat treatment, the hardness of the final sleeve is generally between HRC 57-60, and the depth of the hardened layer is generally 5-6 mm.
