(2) Check the lubrication system's fuel supply and brake system operating conditions.
(3) Check the depth of the indicator screw nuts and bolts, as well as protective devices and meters and other actions are normal.
(4) Check the stability of each rotating part, such as whether the bearing is vibrating, whether the base and the base bolt (screw) are loose.
(5) Test over-roll protection device.
(6) Test the slack rope signal device by hand and test various signals (including full bin, start, stop, emergency signal, etc.).
(7) After manually inspecting the signal device of the hoist, it is also necessary to check whether the contactors, including the signal disc, the transfer disc, the commutator, etc., have worn out. If any wear is found, it must be checked. The equipment should be replaced in a timely manner, and repairs should be carried out in a timely manner in order to maintain good contact performance.
(8) Check the adjustment of the adjusting rope clutch and the rotation of the wheel, such as pads, bearings, etc.
(9) Check if the structure of the lifting container and its associated mechanisms (such as the vehicle stopper, connecting device, can ear, etc.) is normal.
(10) Check the connection and lubrication of the anti-dropper system springs, catchers, linkage rods, etc.
(11) Check the working conditions of the wellhead loading equipment (such as carts, climbers, tipper, car stop, cradle or tank holder, safety door, etc.).
(12) After the above-mentioned inspections have been carried out, it is also necessary to check whether the wire ropes of the hoisting machine are in good working condition, because the wire ropes of the hoisting machines also play a very large role in the working process of the hoisting machine.
