One of the samples should not be lower than 27 J. (2) The ring gear hardness is 260-290 HB. The material of the steel ball is a commonly used bearing steel, and there is no difference with a general slewing bearing.
Bearing seal
Because the slewing bearing used for marine cranes is easily exposed to foreign materials such as seawater during the working process, in order to prevent the entry of seawater leading to premature bearing failure, the bearing seal adopts a double-lip rubber seal structure, and the stainless steel wire is tightly hooped on the inner ring.
