5. Tooth surface work 10 shifts should be cleared once the debris, and re-coated with grease.
6. To ensure the reliability of the bolt work, to avoid the shortage of bolt preload, slewing bearing work for the first 100 hours and 500 hours after the bolt should be pre-tightening torque. After every 1000 hours of work should check the pre-tightening torque.
7. The bolts and nuts that connect the slewing ring are made of high-strength bolts and nuts; the double nuts are used for fastening and locking.
8. When tightening the nut, lubricate the thread of the bolt with the nut end face and tighten it several times in the circumferential direction symmetrically with a torque wrench. When tightening the last pass, the pretensioning torque on each bolt should be approximately uniform.
9. Grease the raceway with four oil cups all over the area of the ring gear on the slewing ring.
Under normal circumstances, the slewing bearing lubrication operation 50 hours time. Each refueling must be added enough until the oil leaked from the seal so far.
