Product Description
Forged Steel Balls for Ball mill as Grinding media is made from steel, heated by energy-efficient industion bar heating furnace. After heating, then forged by air hammer. Chromium content contained in forged grinding ball is about 0.1% to 0.5%, and carbon content below 1.0%. Through independently-developed water quenching heat treatment production line and scientific heat treatment process, the Forged Grinding Balls have a higher hardness(more than 56 HRC surface hardness; more than 30 HRC core hardness), high impact toughness and unbreakable.
