Ball mill liners is to protect the cylinder of a direct hit from grinding medium and material and friction,to increase grinding medium for material crushing effect, helps to improve the efficiency of the grinding mill, increase production, reduce consumption of metal. Different types of mill liners can be used to adjust the movement of materials.
Functions of ball mill liner plate
Protect the mill barrel: The liner plate acts as a sacrificial layer, shielding the barrel from the direct impact and abrasion caused by the grinding media and ore particles. This helps to prolong the service life of the mill shell and maintain its structural integrity.
