Adjustment method when the thrust surface is heated: When the thrust surface of the support wheel is heated, the support wheel can move along the center line of the kiln by entering (retracting) the support wheel base.

At this time, in order to ensure that the center line does not change, after adjusting the roller seat, the roller seat opposite to the fixed wheel is adjusted. It is not possible to adjust several roller seats at a time. In general, it is not possible for all 12 thrust wheel seats to have a complete thrust surface and the heat in the thrust surfaces of the two roller seats is less. Sometimes, in order to quickly adjust the effect, the thrust wheel base is heated (returned) to the support wheel base in one set of wheel seats, while the other support wheel base is retracted (inside), but the two support wheel bases are both advanced and Retired. At this time, it is impossible to alleviate the heating problem of the thrust pad. In order to ensure that the kiln centerline does not change, it is theoretically possible to adjust the two diagonal carriage seats in the idler.
2. Control of kiln speed during adjustment: The kiln can be stopped for a short time during adjustment, but the kiln can also be adjusted during normal operation. At this time, the speed of the kiln should be appropriately reduced, generally around 1 r/m, especially when the jack is used to push the kiln inward, it is necessary to slowly rotate the kiln or control the kiln speed.
3. Control the displacement of the roller seat during the adjustment process: In order to ensure the accuracy during the adjustment process, it is sometimes necessary to remove the axial stop of the roller seat. During the adjustment process, two dial gauges should be used for each dial. Each adjustment is between 0.2 and 0.35 mm.
4. Safety control during adjustment: The anchor bolt should be loosened during the adjustment process. At this point, the kiln may still be running. Therefore, when the local foot bolts are loose, the jacks are used to push the kiln instead of the load. Continue to observe the internal condition of the roller seat. At this time, do not drop foreign objects into the roller holder. Check before adjustment. 5. Adjusted observation and monitoring: After adjustment, pay attention to whether the gap between the thrust plate and the tile changes. Is there any abnormal change in the temperature of the other support roller and the other two support rollers in the same gear of the same set of support rollers? Is it appropriate to adjust the temperature of each tile temperature?
Monitoring during normal running fluctuations: During operation, the support wheels should pay close attention to the end faces of the supporting axles, the surface of the shaft and the change in oil temperature. Whether the working pressure of the hydraulic wheel is appropriate and whether the vertical movement of the support wheel is normal.
