The rotary kiln cylinder is mounted with a 3.5% slope. According to the theoretical analysis, the contact between the roller and the roller has a downward force generated by the downward gravity along the center line of the cylinder, and the large ring gear drives the circular force generated by the rotation of the cylinder, and the direction thereof is along the tangential direction of the support roller. The sliding force is vertical. Due to the combined action of the circumferential force and the sliding force, the contact between the belt and the roller is elastically deformed to form an elastic sliding, so that the cylinder is tilted downward. The swaying speed is proportional to the circumferential speed of the belt and the inclination angle of the cylinder, and inversely proportional to the friction coefficient between the roller and the roller.
The continuous squat of the cylinder is limited by the lower retaining roller. The rotary kiln cylinder is blocked by the retaining roller by the steel plate retaining iron, the oblique side of the roller belt and the outer tapered surface of the retaining roller, and no longer squats in the axial direction. The kiln body will rotate in a fixed axial position. In the long run, the surface of the roller and the belt will be unevenly worn, and the surface busbar will be uneven. When the center line of the roller is installed parallel to the cylinder, the cylinder will produce a theoretical elastic sliding force and will collapse downward. In order to control the squat of the cylinder, the supporting roller must be tuned during the operation of the equipment, so that the center line is at an angle θ with the center line of the cylinder. The rotary kiln is supported by two gears. The sensitivity of the control is high. The “big eight character” is the center line of the four supporting rollers of the first and second gears. The forces on the belt cylinders are either opposite or opposite to each other, which cancel each other out, which is harmful and unfavorable, accelerates the wear on both sides of the belt and the iron, and forms a stretch or squeeze on the cylinder between the two gears.
