A "ball-type slewing bearing automatic assembly technology" that replaces the manual assembly of steel balls and isolation blocks by humans has finally been successfully tested through the scientific research of Dalian Tianfa Automation Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The slewing bearing is an oversized bearing that can withstand large axial loads, radial loads and tilting moments. It is widely used in wind power generation, lifting machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, port machinery, marine machinery and defense equipment, etc. Large rotary device.
For a long time, the assembling process of the steel ball and the isolation block has been manually assembled by hand, and the labor intensity is large and the operation efficiency is low, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of assembly quality.
Since the end of last year, Dalian Tianfa Automation Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has invested a lot of funds and talents in the research and development of slewing bearing automatic assembly technology. It has formed a technical expert with matching expertise to participate in the research group, conduct industry inspections, data research, and program selection. Five programs were tested. In order to make the test reliable, a large number of test fixtures and appliances were produced, and PLC logic program control and pneumatic systems were configured to solve the key technical problems such as ball and isolation block entering the raceway through the ball entrance. After more than half a year and more than 50 trials, it finally succeeded.
Taking the assembly of 13/8-inch steel balls and supporting isolation blocks as an example, the use of this assembly technology saves 50% of the time compared to manual manual assembly. The test results prove that the ball slewing bearing automatic assembly technology has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, and high assembly precision. What is even more gratifying is that based on this technology, the consolidation of processes such as automatic quantitative grease injection and multi-parameter detection has been realized. When coupled with system monitoring software, data storage and data processing can be realized, which plays a decisive role in improving product quality and optimizing user services.
