Diaphragm coupling is one of flexible couplings. Diaphragm coupling is formed by connecting two half couplings and middle diaphragm. Semi-joint material is processed by 45# forgings. Diaphragm is made of 304 stainless steel. Plate processing, coupling bolts using high strength stranded hole bolts. Causes of main noise during the installation of the diaphragm coupling include:
1. The gap between the two coupling halves of the diaphragm coupling is too wide, which causes the diaphragm to receive a large axial force, causing the hinged holes or the twisted bolts to wear, resulting in abnormal noise;
2. If the axial displacement of the coupling halves of the diaphragm coupling is too large or the deflection angle is too large, it may also cause vibration and abnormal noise during operation of the equipment.
3. When the speed of the active and passive ends of the diaphragm coupling is different, it will also cause vibration and abnormal sound when the equipment is running;
4. The failure of the motor's speed code disc causes the speed of the motor to be fast and slow, causing the diaphragm coupling abnormal noise.
