Structure of Boring and Milling Machine

 1. The Z-axis is the main base of the machine tool, while the X-axis is equipped with a pair of auxiliary rails.

2. Cast iron adopts Mihanna structure.

3. Indirect drive mode of servo motor is adopted for heavy cutting machine.

4. Four of the five axes are output in closed loop mode, which greatly improves the accuracy of machine tool positioning and repetitive positioning.

5. Hydraulic refrigeration cooling system is used in the spindle, which can reduce the temperature rise of the spindle at high speed without causing damage to the spindle bearing.

6. The Y-axis is positioned and locked by hydraulic system.


Spindle structure

1. The spindle adopts Japanese original NSK bearing and W spindle sleeve, which are assembled and imported from Japan.

2. The spindle motor is installed on the spindle box, and the main shaft can be automatically shifted by two-stage gear transmission.

3. Installation of the speed detector for spindle positioning outside the spindle does not cause bubbles in the spindle box to avoid the failure of the detector.

4. The W-axis of the spindle is made of nitrided alloy steel and the chromium-molybdenum alloy steel for the spindle, which greatly improves its rigidity.
