How does thermocouple resist interference?
Can be roughly divided into three ways:
1, isolation method
Isolation method is to install the thermocouple, so that the thermocouple does not contact with the furnace wall of the refractory bricks, thermocouple and stent is also used between the insulation to isolate. This method can be a good way to prevent high temperature leakage interference.
2, shielding method
Shield method is to thermocouple compensation wire, wear in the iron pipe or other metal shields for shielding. This can prevent electromagnetic interference and high voltage electric field interference. When using this method, the iron pipe and the shield should be properly grounded and the compensation wire should be twisted.
3, grounding method
This method is to measure the circuit grounding, the interference into the earth to ensure the accuracy of measurement of the instrument. This method has two forms: the first is the thermocouple reference terminal ground, the second is the thermocouple measurement terminal ground
