The first step: simulation, modeling
Before pouring, Huazhu CAE software is used to digitally simulate the casting process, and process analysis and quality prediction and optimization of the product forming process. The metallurgical auxiliary equipment is complete and the overall size is well controlled. The water glass sand molding process can prevent the occurrence of hot cracks in the casting. At the same time, the pit shape is adopted, which is not affected by the season and has high production efficiency.
Step 2: Pouring, heat treatment
The qualified raw and auxiliary materials are put into the electric arc furnace for smelting in proportion, and the molten iron is sampled for spectral analysis. After qualified, the casting is carried out according to the principle of "low temperature and quick casting", and the casting time and temperature are recorded.
The third step: polishing, flaw detection
