Classification of friction pads
1. According to the classification of wire rope groove, friction pad can be divided into two types: single rope groove and double rope groove.
2. According to the friction pad source classification, imported liners and domestic liners, the most used import liner at present is Germany BECORITK25 friction pad. The pad technology parameters are reasonable and the performance is excellent. At present, more domestic-made liners have G30 and GM-3 friction liners, and their performance is relatively good.
3. According to the classification of friction coefficient, it can be divided into two types: ordinary liner and high friction liner. High friction liner refers to the liner with allowable friction coefficient value greater than or equal to 0.25 under various working conditions.
When selecting the rubbing liner for mining elevators, we must choose the manufacturer and high-quality friction pads with stable chemical properties to ensure the normal operation of the lifting system. When the lifting system of the multi-rope friction type hoist is in normal operation, friction between the wire rope and the friction pad on the friction wheel causes the hoist to function normally to lift coal or other articles.
