Process Engineer (CNC Machining) Requirements:
7 Years of Experience in Process Engineering.
5 years of Automotive Manufacturing Systems: (Kanban, 5s, TPS, Kaizen, JIT, etc.)
2+ Years of experience in CNC Machining.
Strong Working knowledge of ECI (Engineering Changer Instructions, New Program Launches, or Project Management)
Strong working knowledge of CNC Programming, and Robotics (Makino,, Fanuc, Motoman, Etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred however not required with 11+ Years of experience in Process Engineering within a CNC Machining Department.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job functions of a management role.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (does not require visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future)
Basic math and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively facilitate problem solving and resolution.
Ability work with a dynamic team and demanding customer(s).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
Ability to work with multiple departments and prioritize activities.
Ability to read instruction manuals, blue prints, and specifications.
