4. When using automatic pass, select the feed speed and adjust the travel limit block. When manually feeding, generally follow the principle of gradual pressurization and gradual decompression, so as to avoid accidents caused by excessive force.
5. Adjust the speed of the drilling machine, the stroke, the setting tool and the workpiece, and wipe the machine tool.
6. When the drill bit is wound with long iron chips, it must be stopped and cleared. Do not use wind blows, pull hands, use brushes or iron hooks to remove.
7. When reaming the deep hole, remove the round and pin bars. Do not use too much force so as not to hit the knife.
8. It is not allowed to turn, press or measure the workpiece under the rotating tool. The hand must not touch the rotating tool.
9. When using a rock drill, no obstacles are allowed in the swivel range. The cross arm must be clamped before work.
10. The articles are not allowed to be stored on the cross arm and the work table. The workpiece must be clamped as required to prevent the workpiece from shifting and causing major personal injury accidents and equipment accidents.
11. At the end of the work, the cross arm is lowered to the lowest position. The headstock is close to the post and must be clamped.
