1.Basic rated static load CO
When a static load is applied on the bearing, the contact part of the rolling body and the raceway will produce local indentation plastic deformation. As a result of the plastic deformation, the bearing will turn badly, and the noise and vibration will also increase. Therefore, as the reference of allowable static load, the basic rated static load Co is stipulated as follows:
Basic rated static load refers to the static load at the moment when the contact area center between the rolling body and the rolling surface produces the following contact stress:
4200MPA ball bearing 4000MPA rolling bearing
The plastic variables of the rolling body and the raceway under the above contact stress are approximately 0.0001 times of the rolling body diameter
2. Equivalent static load Po
Equivalent static load refers to the static load under actual load when the maximum stress is received on the rolling body and raceway contact surface.
In general application, the basic rated static load Co is considered to be the limit load, but according to the actual use of the nature and use can not get through, must consider the following static safety factor So (used to indicate the safety of the bearing where the plastic deformation is not allowed)
So=Cor/Por=Coa/Poa
So-Static load safety factor
Cor-Radial basic static load rating
Coa-Axial basic static load rating
Por-Radial equivalent static load
Poa-Axial equivalent static load
