When the adjusting bolt lifts the wedge upwards, the wedge moves the moving roller off. The fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger and the size of the discharged material becomes larger. When the wedge is down, the two rollers of the movable roller become smaller under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge granularity becomes smaller. The gasket device adjusts the size of the material by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is increased, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger. When the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller and the particle size of the discharge becomes smaller. .

 

3. The drive mechanism is composed of two motors, which drive the drag roller through the V-belt drive to the sheave, and rotate according to the relative direction. When the material is crushed, the material passes through the roller from the feed port and is broken by rolling. The broken product is discharged from under the bottom frame.
