If the pulverizer is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly greater than the power of the pulverizer and the pulley grooves of the two are consistent. The outer end surface of the pulley should be on the same plane.
2. Before starting the machine, you must check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the unit are tight and the tightness of the transmission belt is suitable. Whether the power cord is good. Whether the motor shaft and crusher shaft are parallel.
3. Check whether the hammer is good or not, if the aperture of the sieve is suitable for damage. Pull the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotates flexibly for jams, bumps and friction.
4. After starting the machine, let the equipment idle for 2 to 3 minutes to check whether the rotor turns correctly and the sound is normal. It can only work after rotating smoothly at the rated speed.
5. Pay attention to the operation of the crusher at any time during the work. The feed should be uniform to prevent clogging and stuffy cars. Do not work for a long time. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature of bearings and machine body, or outward spraying are found, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault before continuing work.
6. The crushed materials should be carefully inspected and must not be mixed with foreign objects such as stones and metals to avoid damage to the machine.
7. During the operation of the machine, the operator shall not leave the unit or disassemble the machine during operation to observe the working conditions in the crushing room. Maintenance tools shall not be placed on the machine or filler.
8. Operators are not allowed to wear gloves. When it is blocked, it is strictly forbidden to extend their hands into the packing hopper. When feeding, they should stand on the side of the crusher to prevent the rebound debris from hurting the face.
9. Don't stop the machine immediately after the work is over. It should be idling for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the materials in the machine to be completely discharged. After shutdown, cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out.
10. Hammer blades are the main consumables. After the edges and corners are replaced in the same direction or the head and corners are replaced, the whole group of hammer blades should be replaced at the same time. old. The sieve is also a wearing part. If a part of the sieve is damaged, it can be riveted and severely damaged. A new sieve needs to be replaced.
11. After 300 hours of operation, the bearing should be cleaned and the oil replaced. Remove the belt when parking for a long time.
Safe operation
1. It is allowed to feed the crop evenly and continuously when the standby device reaches normal operation after starting.
2. Pay attention to the speed sound of the motor thresher and the temperature of the bearing during operation.
3. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, the sleeve of the clothes should be tightly worn and wear a mask and a working cap.
4. When feeding, pay attention to whether there are hard objects such as stones, sickles, tool screws, etc. in the grain to avoid damaging the machine and causing personal accidents.
5. The machine is not allowed to hang belt, lubricate, clean and troubleshoot when the machine rotates.
6. If the following problems are found, the engine should be shut down and stopped. ① The motor emits smoke. ② It is clogged. ③ The quality of crushing is not good. ④ The bearing is overheated more than 60 degrees.
