Since the robot uses high-precision cross-roller bearings, if used improperly, it is easy to damage the bearing channel and cause damage to the bearing. When assembling the bearing, there should be a special mold. The thrust force can only be a small circle, and the circle is only subject to force. It is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure. When crimping the upper and lower molds, if the slope of the channel will cause damage to the cross roller bearing, if the slope of the channel will cause the guide ring of the bearing in production to separate due to electrical reasons.

Prevention of assembly foreign matter

When the bearing rotor is moving, it is easy to produce iron filings, which can damage the dynamic balance before the bearing is installed, so you must make preparations. The bearing is lubricated by some oil or grease, and it is often difficult to control the amount of use. If the oil or grease is left in the bearing during use, it is easy to rotate along the shaft to the inside of the cross roller bearing. The bearings are coated with oil or grease, and there must be no residual oil or grease in the bearing.

Prevention of paint rust

The characteristic of paint rust is that in a sealed motor, multiple motors may be possible, but in the warehouse for a period of time, the motor will have very abnormal sound, and the bearing will be seriously rusted. Many manufacturers would consider it to be a problem with crossed roller bearings, and now most electrical manufacturers are aware of the problem. The main problem is that the volatilization of the insulating paint at a certain temperature, the corrosion of the metal, and the humidity of the protection, cause the formation of corrosive substances, and corrosion damage inside the bearing. The solution is to choose a good varnish and keep the air dry for a period of time after assembly.

Bearing life is closely related to manufacturing, assembling, and use. Each link must be free from problems in order to make the bearing work well, thereby prolonging the life of the crossed roller bearing.
