Machinery processing steps
Large module straight gear rack milling uses gantry milling machines and floor-type boring and milling machines as core equipment. Cutting fluid is used throughout the machining process for cooling and chip removal. After finish milling, the tooth surfaces are deburred to complete the machining of a large module straight rack that meets the transmission accuracy requirements.
