Milling processing

Commonly used are 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, etc. This type of steel has high strength, toughness and wear resistance. After heat treatment, it can obtain good comprehensive mechanical properties. The disadvantage of alloy structural steel is that it is expensive and relatively difficult to process.

 

Stainless steel

In some environments with corrosion resistance requirements, such as food processing, medicine, chemical industry and other industries, it is necessary to use arc-shaped racks made of stainless steel. Common stainless steel materials include 304, 316, etc. 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can maintain good performance in general acid-base environment and humid environment. 316 stainless steel has better corrosion resistance, especially strong tolerance to chloride ions, and is suitable for some harsher corrosive environments. Stainless steel racks are expensive and difficult to process, but their good corrosion resistance can ensure the service life and reliability of the rack in special working environments.

Applications: Large CNC rotary tables (e.g., the worktable of a wind turbine flange machining machine, which requires 360° continuous rotation) and indexing plates (e.g., workpiece indexing on a gear machining machine, enabling precise angular positioning).

Applications: "Upper body rotation mechanism" (driving the cab and bucket around the chassis) of excavators and loaders, and "slewing tower drive" of tower cranes.
