The end of this year is coming, our factory are busy with production and delivery. Today we arrange 4 pieces 5m tyre and pinion shaft delivery to Russian customer.
These tyres are used for rotary kiln in cement plant. It’s function is to transfer all the gravity of the rotary kiln cylinder ( including the gravity of refractory bricks, internal devices and materials, etc) to the supporting roller, and make the cylinder rotate smoothly on the supporting roller. So the tyre must have sufficient strength and durability, at the same time, it is a part that strengthens the radial rigidity of the cylinder and should have sufficient rigidity.
Our factory process strictly accordance with the requirements: Rough machining, then do UT test make sure no internal defect, Quenching and tempering to improve the product performance, Fine machining, final do Anti-rust oil coating, we will arrange packing and delivery to customer. Every process has undergone strict quality inspection.
