The large parts of the machine tool are made of resin sand molding, high-strength and high-quality iron castings. Large blanks are subjected to thermal aging treatment and rough machining and secondary tempering to eliminate internal stress; after rough machining, sufficient aging treatment is performed to eliminate machining residual stress; finishing is performed on a CNC gantry boring and milling machine in a free clamping manner for high speed and light weight. Cutting makes the machine tool have good rigidity and precision retention.
