The main boring bar is made of alloy steel 40Cr with diameter of 220mm, quenched andtempered,the boring bar surface will be ground, the tool can smoothly process an inner diameterof 400-1100mm, and the roughness can reach Ra 6.3.The overall bed has a large adjustable range, simple adjustment and high efficiency.The main shaft adopts 18.5KW frequency conversion motor and pendulum reducer, which hashigh power and high speed.Both ends of the main shaft adopt self-centering and tapered rollerbearings, which have large bearing capacity, high reliability and fatigue resistance.

The main shaft adopts the combination of auto-rotation and co-rotation, which has highefficiency, simple structure and easy operation.Both sides of the spindle tool holder can clamptools, which improves efficiency and has good self-balancing.The outer diameter can be passed from 500 to 1300mm as per customer's requirements throughadjusted the tooling of bed.

The main shaft is controlled by a frequency converter, which can achieve the effect of automatictool feeding and stepless speed change.The boring baris easy to disassemble and assemble, andthe loading and unloading workpieces are simple and quick.
