Motor application

The gearbox is widely used in electric motors, and is often used in wind turbines. It is an important mechanical part of the orthogonal gearbox. Secondly, the gearbox also has the following functions:

1. Acceleration and deceleration, which is often referred to as the transmission gearbox.

2. Change the transmission direction. For example, we can use two sector gears to transmit the force vertically to another rotating shaft.

3. Change the turning torque. Under the same power condition, the faster the gear rotates, the smaller the torque on the shaft, and vice versa.

4. Clutch function: We can separate the engine and the load by separating the two originally meshed gears. Such as brake clutches.

5. Distribute power. For example, we can use one engine to drive multiple slave shafts through the gearbox main shaft, so as to realize the function of one engine driving multiple loads.

2. Realize parallel shaft, right-angle shaft, vertical and horizontal general-purpose boxes, the types of parts are reduced, and the specifications and models are increased.

4. Input mode: motor connection flange, shaft input.

5. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with expansion disc connection, hollow shaft with spline connection, solid shaft with spline connection, and solid shaft with flange connection.

6. Gearbox installation methods: horizontal, vertical, swing base, torsion arm.

7. The gearbox series products have 3 ~ 26 type specifications, the deceleration transmission stages have 1 ~ 4 stages, and the speed ratio is 1.25 ~ 450; combined with R, K, S series to get a larger speed ratio.

Lubrication method

Commonly used gearbox lubrication methods include gear oil lubrication, semi-fluid grease lubrication, and solid lubricant lubrication. For good sealing, high speed, high load, and good sealing performance, gear oil can be used for lubrication; for poor sealing, low speed, semi-fluid grease can be used for lubrication; for oil-free or high-temperature occasions, two can be used. Lubricated with ultrafine molybdenum sulfide powder.
