Installation and disassembly of belt pulley
Installation and disassembly
installation
1. Check the pulley groove to ensure that there are no scratches or sharp edges, and all dimensions are in accordance with the standard;
2. Clean the surface of all parts, such as hub hole, taper sleeve, bolt hole, etc. Put the cone into the pulley to align all screw holes.
3. Apply oil to the screw (TB 1008-TB 3030) and thread (TB 3525-TB 5050) and screw it into the mounting hole, but do not tighten it yet.
4. Clean the surface of the drive shaft, push the pulley with the tapered sleeve to the predetermined position on the shaft, and check whether the triangle pulley is aligned.
5. When the keyway is used, it must be inserted into the hub first, and there must be a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hole hub.
6. Use a hexagon wrench that conforms to the DIN911 standard, and gradually tighten the bolts in the mounting holes alternately and gradually until the torque shown in the following table is reached.
7. After a short period of operation (0.5 to 1 hour), check the tightening torque of the bolts and re-tighten if necessary.
8. In order to prevent the intrusion of foreign objects, fill the connecting hole of the hole with grease.
Disassemble
1. Loosen all bolts, take out one or two bolts according to the number of disassembly holes, lubricate the bolt patterns and bolt tips with oil, and insert the bolts into the disassembly holes.
2. Tighten the bolts alternately until the taper sleeve and the pulley are loosened.
3. Remove the taper sleeve and pulley from the shaft.
Precautions
Precautions for pulley assembly
1. The last cleaning before assembly must use gasoline to ensure that the parts are clean and dry, to ensure that the mating surfaces are tightly matched, free of oil stains, and have sufficient friction.
2. Hexagon bolts for assembly should also be cleaned and dried with gasoline before assembly. Lubricating oil or grease should not be applied to bolts or screw holes to ensure sufficient friction self-locking ability after bolts are tightened.
3. When the three hexagon socket head bolts are about to be installed in place, they need to be tightened in turn to ensure that the cone sleeve is evenly axially loaded and the pulley and cone sleeve are positioned coaxially.
4. Check the length of the hexagon socket bolts used for assembly before installation to ensure that the assembly bolts can withstand the bottom end of the blind hole of the cone sleeve to ensure the tight fit of the cone surface and ensure that the bolt is subjected to reverse thrust at the bottom end of the blind hole. The anti-loosening effect of the double nut principle is the same.
5. After the pulley is tightened, check the cable and adjust the relative position of the master and driven pulleys to ensure that the two pulleys are on the same plane and the belt tension is moderate.
6. The pulley cover should be intact and firmly installed to ensure that the belt breaks during operation or the pulley loosens and exits, resulting in a major safety accident. 7. The cone sleeve is a wearing part. After a long period of operation, the inner hole and the chain groove may be damaged. It should be checked before each assembly. If a defect is found, the spare part should be replaced in time.
Small experience
1. For the pulleys currently on the market, use the puller (especially hydraulic puller) to pull out the edge part of the pulley when disassembling. At the 3 pull claws of the puller, a long 5mm thick iron plate can be placed to increase the force bearing area, which can greatly reduce the possibility of damage to the pulley.
2. When installing, you should first polish the burrs of the inner diameter of the pulley with fine gauze, and then apply a thin layer of grease to make it easier to install the pulley on the shaft.
3. When installing a pulley to the shaft of the motor, the wind hood should be removed, the measuring shaft should be pressed against the wall, and then tap the pulley to enter the shaft. Otherwise, it is easy to break the side cover of the motor, and it may also break the centrifugal switch of the single-phase asynchronous motor.
4. When the pulley on the motor cannot be removed using the hydraulic puller, the rotor can be removed, the pulley can be removed with a horizontal lathe, and a new pulley can be purchased for installation.
