2, Rust, black and pitted, the latter two are easy to store water and dirt defects, the most likely to develop corrosion. Corrosion, on the other hand, is the cause of poor installation, early wear and fatigue. Severe corrosion can cause the bearing to be scrapped.


3, Various cracks, such as raw material cracks, forging cracks, heat treatment cracks and grinding cracks, these cracks will become the source of stress concentration in the subsequent operation of the bearing and rapidly expand, resulting in bearing rupture, bearing life and work safety Sexual influence is great. In fact, for important-use bearings, bearing factories have performed 100% magnetic or ray inspection inspections of their constituent parts.


4, From the skin and the fold, the two defects and the matrix metal bond is not strong, and there are often different degrees of decarbonization or carbon-depleted around the phenomenon, the material is easy to collapse, embossing or wear, bearing life and accuracy unfavorable.


5, Riveting or welding quality of the cage, mainly to observe whether the rivet head deviation, skew, slack, lack of meat or "double eyelids," the location of the welding is correct, the solder joint is too large or too small, whether the welding is not strong or Excessive welding causes stuck-rolling phenomenon.


The above items are parts of the inspections that we have inspected for bearings. In addition to the above-mentioned parts of the inspection, if the quality of the typing is not good, for example, the writing is ambiguous or damaged, it should be regarded as a defective product, and severe cases may not be accepted.
