A large number of experimental studies have shown that the effect of waviness on bearing vibration dominates, while the effects of surface roughness and roundness are relatively small.
3) Working conditions of imported bearings: Bearings in the process of operation, load, speed, and lubrication conditions have the greatest impact on the vibration of imported bearings.
4) The installation parameters of the imported bearing: The factors such as the cooperation of the bearing with the shaft and the bearing seat, and the bias during installation also have an impact on the vibration of the imported bearing.
