YRT rotary table bearings are composed of three rows of rollers. Two rows of axial rollers ensure stable axial bearing capacity. One row of radial rollers ensures that the bearing can withstand radial forces and overturning moments. It is suitable for axially loaded rotary mechanisms. Mainly used for turntables and right-angle milling heads of five-axis and six-axis CNC machine tools, mill head of hobbing machines and grinding machines, precision measurement, and lab devices.
When installing YRT turntable bearings, it is necessary to control the tightening torque of the mounting screws. It is mainly used in high-precision numerical control turntables, indexing heads, military radars, aviation, aerospace, and measurement and test fields that require high precision. The following explains how to install TRY rotary table bearings.
Install the bearing into the bearing seat. The outer diameter of the YRT turntable bearing is in clearance fit with the bearing seat.
Tighten the mounting screws of the outer ring in a crisscross pattern. The surface of the CNC turntable is pressed on the end surface of the bearing.
The other end of the YRT turntable bearing is installed in conjunction with the flange. The outer diameter of the turntable is installed in interference fit with the inner diameter of the bearing. Align the mounting holes on the flange, turntable bearing, and turntable surface.
Lock the inner ring connecting screws at one time in a crisscross mode. The connecting screw penetrates the flange and the bearing is locked on the turntable surface.
If the bearing is extremely difficult to rotate, loosen the mounting bolts and re-tighten them in three steps in a crisscross sequence to eliminate bearing deformation.
