1. For cross cylindrical roller bearing, support the inner ring horizontally with one hand and rotate the outer ring to ensure smooth operation.
2, cross cone roller bearing and other separated form bearing, rolling body, the outer ring of the raceway surface can be checked.
2. For YOGIE bearing, the degree of damage, mechanical properties, importance, operating conditions, and the next maintenance period shall be taken into consideration.
However, if the following defects cannot be used again, a new bearing must be replaced:
1. There are cracks or gaps on any of the inner ring, outer ring, rolling body and cage;
2. Any one of the rings and rollers is cracked;
3. The raceway surface, flanges and rolling body are obviously damaged;
4. The cage is significantly worn, or the rivet is significantly relaxed;
5. There is rust and injury on the raceway surface and rolling body;
6. Serious indentation and punching on the raceway surface and rolling body;
7. There is obvious creep on inner ring inner diameter surface or outer ring outer diameter surface;
8. Obvious discoloration caused by heat;
9. After sealing the grease, the sealing ring or dust cover of the cross roller bearing is obviously damaged
