Classified by working methods are as follows:

Winding hoist single rope winding hoist can be divided into single drum and double drum according to the number of drums: 1 single drum hoist, generally for single hook lifting. One end of the wire rope is fixed on the reel, and the other end is connected with the lifting container around the sky wheel; when the reel rotates, the steel wire rope is wound or released on the reel drum to drive the lifting and lowering of the lifting container. 2 Double drum hoists for double hook lifting (Figure 1). The two wire ropes are each fixed on a reel, and are respectively led out from above and below the reel. When the reel rotates, one lift container rises and the other container drops. Winding type hoist according to the shape of the drum is divided into equal diameter hoist and variable diameter hoist two. The drum of equal diameter is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in price, and it is widely used. When the deep well is hoisted, the torque is very unbalanced due to the large variation of the length of the wire ropes on both sides. Early adopters of variable-diameter hoists (cylindrical conical reels) are now used to balance the tail rope.

Mine hoist

The main components of the winding hoist are spindle, reel, main bearing, rope adjusting clutch, reducer, depth indicator and brake (Fig. 2). The reels and main shafts of double-reel hoists are called fixed reels, and those connected to the main shaft via the adjusting rope clutch are called active reels. The reel diameter made in China is 2~5m. As the depth of mine and production increase, the length and diameter of the wire rope increase accordingly. As a result, the diameter and width of the reel also increase, so it is not suitable for deep well lifting.

Mine hoist Multi-rope winding hoist hoist in the operation of ultra-deep wells, the tail rope suspension length changes greatly, lift the wire rope to withstand a great deal of alternating stress, affecting the life of the wire rope; the tail rope is also easy to twist in the wellbore and hinder work. At the end of the 1950s, British person Blair designed a double-winding multi-winding multi-layer winding type hoist (also known as Breyer type hoist) with a height of 1580-2349m and a lifting amount of 10-20t. .
