Title: Service Engineer 
Salary: $31K - $41K 
Position: Direct Hire 

What is this? 
Local Tulsa company is looking for a Service Engineer. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing CNC VMC’s, HMC’s and turning Centers. 

What does my day look like? 

  • Troubleshoot and repair of CNC metal cutting machinery and auxiliary equipment

  • Electrical troubleshooting based on ladder logic

  • Perform preventative maintenance to a detailed calendar schedule

  • Mechanical knowledge of moving components

  • Hydraulic/pneumatic components

  • Good computer skills

  • Organization of tooling and components

What does the perfect candidate look like? 

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in the field of CNC machining or industrial equipment maintenance.

  • Knowledge of mechanical / electrical repair practices

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of machine design and operation

  • Knowledge of and experience with electronic test equipment, electrical and mechanical systems

  • Ability to read parts manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides

  • Familiarity with operating and setting up CNC equipment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003 or later - Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

What will the physical requirements be?
