Field Service Engineer
Join our client as a Field Service Engineer! Our client is a leader in their industry and is adding a Field Service Engineer to their team! You will have the opportunity to apply your field service engineering knowledge of CNC machinery such as vertical and horizontal machining centers, tool grinding or CNC multi-axis machinery and the basics of cutting tools to be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, after-sales field engineering support and installations of new CNC machinery. In this role, you should have the willingness to learn our clients specific machinery specifications if required.
You can be based out of anywhere in the US and the Chicagoland area is preferred. You can be potentially be based out of your home. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred with at least two years of experience. 90% travel-mostly domestically is required.
