After the completion of a series of processing processes, the gear shaft begin to be installed by using heat. At this point, the assembly of the gear shaft has been completed, and the next step is to test and inspect the gear shaft to ensure that every link meets the needs of the customer. Bearing thermal loading is the practice of promoting seamless bearing installation by heating the bearing to a specific temperature (usually higher than ambient conditions) before installation. The purpose of this method is to enlarge the inner ring of the bearing, thus making it easier to slide onto the shaft or into the bearing seat. The benefits of thermal loading include reduced risk of bearing damage, improved fit and alignment, and enhanced overall bearing performance, ultimately extending bearing life and reducing maintenance costs.
