Recently, our factory has entered a critical manufacturing phase for a custom-made sugar refinery-specific trash removal roller for a South American customer. The roller is currently in the turning stage and will subsequently undergo milling.

This trash removal roller is designed to adapt to the unique production environment of the local sugar refinery. In the workshop, the roller, which has undergone preliminary forging and heat treatment, has been mounted on a precision lathe. Operators are now performing external cylindrical turning according to customized parameters to ensure the roller's surface accuracy meets design standards. Following turning, the roller will immediately enter the milling stage, where specialized tools will be used to create a specific tooth profile to efficiently separate impurities from the sugar. According to the workshop manager, the entire manufacturing process strictly adheres to the customer's technical specifications and will undergo multiple subsequent inspections to ensure product quality meets the South American customer's production needs.
